Agentforce Forward Deployed Engineer, Salesforce

Contract | Middle East

40,000 AED per Month

We are seeking an experienced Agentforce Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with a major client in the Middle East, designing and deploying AI-powered solutions across the Salesforce platform.

This is a highly client-facing role for someone who combines strong Salesforce engineering expertise with the ability to quickly understand business challenges, prototype solutions and take high-value Agentforce use cases into production.

Key responsibilities

Design, build and deploy Salesforce Agentforce solutions, including autonomous agent workflows.
Partner directly with senior client stakeholders to identify, shape and prioritise valuable AI use cases.
Rapidly prototype, test and productionise solutions within a forward-deployed engineering model.
Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce, enterprise data platforms and external systems.
Translate operational challenges into practical, scalable Salesforce solutions.
Advise on solution architecture, security, governance and the adoption of AI capabilities.
Lead client workshops, demonstrations and working sessions.
Collaborate closely with architects, developers and business stakeholders throughout delivery and adoption.

Experience required

Strong hands-on experience across the Salesforce platform.
Practical experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI or wider Salesforce AI capabilities.
Strong understanding of Apex, Flow, APIs, integrations and Salesforce data architecture.
Experience working within the Engineering & Construction sector, or delivering technology solutions into E&C organisations.
Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Willing and able to travel across the Middle East, including periods working onsite with the client.
