Job Title: Agentic AI Engineer
Location: Riyadh (On-site)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents that enhance clinical workflows, patient engagement, medical operations, and healthcare data analysis. The ideal candidate has strong AI engineering experience combined with an understanding of healthcare data, EMR/EHR systems, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Build LLM-powered autonomous AI agents for clinical, operational, and administrative workflows
- Automate processes across EHR/EMR systems and patient communication platforms
- Integrate AI agents with healthcare data (FHIR, HL7, DICOM, claims, wearable data, etc.)
- Implement RAG pipelines using clinical guidelines and healthcare documentation
- Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and healthcare data governance
- Translate clinical requirements into safe and reliable agentic behaviors
- Evaluate models for safety, accuracy, explainability, and auditability
- Implement monitoring for agent performance in clinical environments
- Integrate AI solutions with cloud healthcare services (AWS HealthLake, Google Healthcare API, Azure Health Data Services)
- Prepare technical documentation for engineering, clinical, and compliance teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI/ML, Biomedical Informatics, or related field
- Strong experience in Python and modern LLM agentic frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7) and EHR/EMR integrations
- Experience building automated workflows or AI agents in regulated industries
- Strong knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS HealthLake, GCP Healthcare API, Azure Health Services)
- Strong software engineering fundamentals (CI/CD, testing, Git)
