Agile Coach – Business Banking

• Drive Agile transformation and adoption across Business Banking technology teams, promoting Agile principles, Scrum practices and continuous improvement.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Business Analysts and delivery teams on Agile methodologies, roles, ceremonies, estimation, prioritisation and effective team collaboration.
• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives and PI/Release Planning, ensuring effective delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Work closely with Business Banking, Product, Technology, Operations, Risk and Compliance stakeholders to improve delivery processes, remove impediments and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
• Establish and monitor Agile metrics and delivery KPIs, identify bottlenecks and drive initiatives to improve team productivity, predictability, quality and time-to-market.
• Support teams in implementing continuous improvement, DevOps practices, dependency management, risk management and release planning across Business Banking initiatives.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of overall IT experience, with strong experience as an Agile Coach / Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead.
• Extensive experience in the Business Banking / Corporate Banking domain, with good understanding of banking products, processes and technology platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or other Agile frameworks.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor multiple Agile teams and work effectively with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, communication, leadership, conflict-resolution and stakeholder-management skills.
