We are hiring an Agile Coach to join a leading financial institution in Dubai. This is a key position within the bank's digital transformation team, playing an instrumental role in driving Agile adoption and embedding a customer-first culture across the organisation.

Discover the role

As an Agile Coach you will be responsible for guiding Agile teams across the organisation helping them optimise workflows and improve team performance. Working closely with senior leaders you will facilitate Agile ceremonies lead workshops and mentor individuals to help evolve Agile mindsets and capabilities.

This is a hands-on coaching role where you will act as a trusted partner to delivery teams leaders and stakeholders playing a central role in the ongoing cultural shift.

• Coach Agile teams across different departments to adopt and continuously improve Agile practices
• Facilitate stand-ups sprint planning reviews and retrospectives
• Design and deliver training workshops for teams and stakeholders
• Work closely with the VP of Culture Shift to foster a customer-centric Agile environment
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams
• Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimisation
• Act as a change agent and advocate for Agile values across the bank
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts constructively

Discover the requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Agile and waterfall delivery environments
• Background in banking financial services or product-led businesses
• Strong experience in team coaching and Agile facilitation
• Certified Agile Coach CAC CSP SAFe SPC or equivalent
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum Kanban and Lean
• Strong knowledge of change management principles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience driving cultural transformation at an enterprise level
