Are you passionate about driving Agile transformation at scale We're looking for an experienced Agile Coach for our client, to lead enterprise-wide Agile adoption and coach cross-functional teams toward high performance and customer-centric delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Coach Agile teams and leaders to embed Agile values and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Design and deliver Agile training and workshops.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive cultural change and Agile maturity.
- Use data and metrics to track Agile performance and identify growth areas.
- Champion Agile best practices across the organization.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
- Must be fluent in Arabic
- Must have experience in UAE
- Agile coaching certifications (e.g., CAC, CSP, SPC).
- Experience in banking, fintech, or product-led environments is advantageous .
- Strong facilitation, mentoring, and change management skills.
- Proven ability to influence at all levels and drive cultural transformation.
