To maintain a competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for a new Agile Delivery Specialist
Job purpose:
Implement the agile strategy and framework across different projects to ensure on time delivery and that the deliverables are in alignment with the agreed upon scope
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Implement agile strategy and framework, and mentor and train teams to follow agile principles
- Lead squads and take full ownership of delivery at the squad level, ensuring alignment with product goals and timely execution within agreed SLAs.
- Lead the squads and safeguard processes
- Collaborate with development, product managers, and product owners to drive smooth and efficient delivery, ensuring the squad is progressing toward defined objectives.
- Work with product teams to gather requirements and support high-level estimation, ensuring feasibility and planning alignment across delivery cycles.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure their purpose is fulfilled, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives, while ensuring focus on delivery outcomes.
- Manage sprint iterations end-to-end, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and meet the expected quality and business value.
- Continuously track progress, remove blockers, and provide regular delivery updates to stakeholders, while maintaining clear documentation of goals, progress, and decisions.
Must have technical / professional qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in any major (Computer science major is preferred)
- Project management background is a must
- Payment background is preferred
- Certified scrum master is a must
