Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related disciplines)
A minimum of 7+ years of experience in managing large-scale data projects, with experience in both agile and waterfall project management methodologies
Proven track record in delivering complex data projects in an enterprise-scale environment, particularly with experience managing multiple streams of work
Strong understanding of the project life cycle, from initiation and planning to execution and delivery
Formal project management qualifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) and familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Proficient in using project management tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, and Confluence
Experience managing large, diverse teams and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across technology, business, and data teams
Solid understanding of data architecture, analytics, and related technologies
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to drive project success in a fast-paced, complex environment
Demonstrated experience in managing change and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between project outcomes and organisational goals
