Job Title: AI Agent Developer
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are seeking an experienced and innovative AI Agent Developer to design, build, and maintain intelligent AI agents capable of supporting business operations through automation, reasoning workflows, and task execution.
The successful candidate will develop AI agents that can process information, make structured decisions, interact with internal data sources, and assist with operational processes while maintaining high levels of accuracy, reliability, and usability.
This position is ideal for someone passionate about artificial intelligence, automation, and building practical AI solutions for real-world business applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize AI agents for internal business applications
- Build AI workflows capable of processing information, executing tasks, and supporting operational activities
- Develop structured reasoning and decision-making frameworks for AI agents
- Integrate AI agents with internal and third-party platforms through APIs
- Create agent memory and knowledge retrieval capabilities
- Develop prompt structures and AI behavior frameworks
- Build monitoring and quality assurance processes for AI outputs
- Implement human review and approval workflows where required
- Improve agent performance, reliability, and efficiency over time
- Document architecture, processes, and development standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional AI agent capabilities
Requirements:
- Proven experience building AI applications, AI agents, or automation workflows
- Strong Python development skills
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI APIs
- Experience integrating APIs and external services
- Knowledge of databases and structured data management
- Experience designing scalable backend services
- Understanding of prompt engineering and agent orchestration concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop maintainable and production-ready solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with FastAPI, Docker, Redis, or equivalent technologies
- Experience building agent memory systems or knowledge retrieval workflows
- Familiarity with AI evaluation and testing methodologies
- Experience implementing approval workflows and quality control mechanisms
- Knowledge of automation pipelines and task orchestration
- Understanding of production deployment environments
