Leading & Managing:

  • Lead the AI/Agile Transformation Tower, including digital squads, Agile coaches, and analysts.

  • Directly Drive & Manage complex Agile/AI & transformation initiatives

  • Develop and maintain the bank's AI Roadmap, prioritizing high-value use cases.

  • Embed Agile methodologies, rituals, and standards across digital and transformation teams.

  • Ensure compliance, cyber-security alignment, and governance for digital and AI initiatives.

  • Directly manage key digital and AI projects including MVPs, predictive models, and journey redesign.

  • Ensure portfolio governance and visibility using Triskell and Jira.

  • Coordinate with Change Management to ensure proper adoption and sustainability of new processes.

  • Build AI literacy, digital capability, and Agile maturity across the bank.

Coaching:

  • Providing on the job coaching and mentoring to Transformation Managers/ officers assigned to assist in Mega Programs or Complex projects tackling multiple domains within the organization and acting as reference/ focal point for such projects

Qualifications:

  • Transversal banking experience of at least 10 years through different departments, different functions preferably within Transformation
  • Minimum 10+ years digital transformation, AI, or technology experience.
  • Strong experience in AI use cases, digital platforms, Agile delivery, and technology leadership.
  • Diversified background in minimum 2 domains

Experience in handling Flagship/Mega/Programs
