Job Overview
A well-established finance company in Saudi Arabia is seeking for an AI & Business Transformation Leader to shape and lead its enterprise-wide AI, digital, and business transformation agenda. Reporting to the CEO with regular Board exposure, this is a senior leadership seat responsible for translating technology investment into measurable commercial, customer, and productivity outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Define and lead the enterprise AI, digital, and business transformation strategy, translating it into a prioritized roadmap with clear investments, milestones, and measurable benefits
- Establish and lead a Transformation Office with executive and Board-level governance reporting
- Prioritize high-value AI use cases across customer acquisition, credit assessment, underwriting, fraud, collections, pricing, and servicing
- Redesign end-to-end digital lending journeys — onboarding, decisioning, servicing, and collections
- Develop digital-first financing propositions, including embedded finance, open banking, and platform-based lending
- Build and negotiate strategic partnerships with fintechs, technology providers, and ecosystem participants
- Evolve the operating model and lead enterprise change management, partnering with HR to build AI and digital capability across the organization
What We're Looking For
- Significant senior leadership experience in enterprise transformation, AI, digital financial services, fintech, or technology-enabled business growth
- Proven track record leading large-scale transformation within a bank, finance company, fintech, or digital lender, with strong knowledge of the end-to-end lending lifecycle
- Demonstrated success advancing technology capabilities and delivering measurable commercial, customer, and productivity outcomes
- Credible Board and regulator engagement experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's/MBA or executive qualification preferred
- Saudi or GCC experience and multinational exposure advantageous
