AI and Data Architect

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure AI and data architectures to support enterprise needs.
- Lead the development of data models, data standards, and data processes within the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data architecture solutions.
- Oversee the integration of complex data sources to create data ecosystems that support AI applications.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to data engineers, data scientists, and other relevant team members.
- Evaluate and select appropriate tools, technologies, and platforms to optimize AI and data functionalities.
- Ensure the robustness, accuracy, security, and efficiency of data processes and AI models.
- Work cross-functionally to support the organization in leveraging data-driven decision-making.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI and data architecture and incorporate them into strategic planning.

Requirements:

- Proven experience designing and managing large-scale data architecture systems.
- Expertise in AI technologies and machine learning frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Extensive experience with data warehousing solutions, such as Snowflake or Redshift.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data security, and compliance best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to innovate.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of relevant experience in data architecture and AI-related roles.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or AWS Certified Data Analytics are a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven track record in leading complex AI and data architecture projects.
