Major Roles & Responsibility :

1. Advanced AI Video Production

● Cinema-Grade Generation: Lead the creation of high-fidelity video content using Google Veo, ensuring realistic motion, consistent physics, and cinematic lighting.

● Temporal Consistency: Solve complex video challenges like character consistency and background stability across multiple AI-generated scenes.

● Hybrid Workflows: Integrate AI video with traditional post-production (After Effects/Premiere) to create seamless, high-resolution final masters.

2. Visual Identity & Image Excellence

● Brand-Specific AI: Train and utilize LoRAs or IP-Adapters to ensure AI outputs strictly adhere to a client's specific visual DNA and brand guidelines.

● Multi-Model Orchestration: Expertly switch between Midjourney (for aesthetics), DALL-E 3 (for logic/text), and Stable Diffusion (for granular control via ControlNet).

3. Strategic Innovation & Leadership

● Workflow Architecture: Build and document Prompt-to-Production pipelines that the wider creative team can follow to scale content creation.

● AI Transformation: Act as a subject matter expert, advising on the latest model releases (Sora, Veo, Stable Diffusion 3) and how they can solve specific client business problems.

● Ethical Oversight: Ensure all AI-generated content meets legal standards regarding copyright, disclosure, and the mitigation of algorithmic bias.

Required Skillset & Experience Education Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent degree

Additional Qualifications Technical Qualification

• Expert mastery of Google Veo, Midjourney, and Stable Diffusion for AI video/image generation, integrated with Adobe Creative Cloud post-production.
