We are looking for an AI Automation & Integration Engineer to design, build, and maintain smart business automations that improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and connect our systems end-to-end.
This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience building real automations in n8n, understands integrations deeply, and can combine AI, APIs, webhooks, and business logic into reliable workflows.
This is not a theory role. We are looking for someone who has actually built and deployed n8n automations in production.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, test, and maintain automation workflows using n8n
- Integrate business tools, internal systems, and third-party platforms through APIs, webhooks, and connectors
- Build AI-powered workflows using LLMs and related tools for tasks such as content generation, classification, research, routing, data extraction, and decision support
- Develop automations for CRM, lead management, notifications, approvals, reporting, customer operations, and internal productivity
- Write and maintain custom logic using JavaScript / TypeScript when low-code steps are not enough
- Handle data mapping, transformation, validation, and synchronization across systems
- Monitor workflow performance, troubleshoot errors, and improve reliability
- Document automations clearly so they are maintainable and scalable
- Collaborate remotely with stakeholders to understand business processes and convert them into practical automation solutions
- Recommend the best architecture, tools, and workflow design standards to get maximum value from n8n
