We are looking for Saudi graduates to join our team as an
AI & Automation Intern (Tamheer Program) in Riyadh.
This role is focused on artificial intelligence, workflow automation, and digital transformation, supporting the development of smart systems that improve business operations across different departments such as operations, sales, marketing, and administration.
The intern will gain hands-on experience in building AI-driven workflows, working with automation concepts, and supporting the integration of AI tools into real business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing AI prompts for business use cases and AI systems
- Support building automated workflows that connect different tools and systems
- Help integrate AI tools with internal business platforms
- Assist in applying AI concepts for task automation and process improvement
- Support development of reusable automation templates
- Work with AI data entry and data preparation tasks
- Help teams adopt AI solutions and improve workflows based on feedback
Requirements
Eligibility Requirements (Tamheer Program)
- Saudi national
- Diploma (minimum one academic year) or Bachelor's degree or higher
- Unemployed for at least 6 months
- Not currently registered with GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance)
- Not previously enrolled in the Tamheer program
- Age not exceeding 30 years
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation
- Basic familiarity with AI tools or prompt engineering is a plus
- 0-1 year of experience preferred (fresh graduates encouraged)
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn AI systems, workflow design, and automation concepts
- Preferably based in Riyadh
