What You'll Do
- Engage in conversations with AI chatbots across a wide range of topics — from everyday questions to creative and complex scenarios
- Rate responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety
- Identify problems like factual errors, awkward phrasing, inconsistent behavior, or potential bias
- Push AI limits with creative, challenging, or edge-case prompts to expose weaknesses
- Submit structured feedback using clear, guided evaluation forms
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas across different topics and domains
- Able to evaluate quality objectively and explain your reasoning clearly
- Strong written communicator with good attention to detail
- Comfortable using chat-based digital tools
- Reliable and self-motivated when working independently
- No prior AI, tech, or testing experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in writing, editing, research, or quality review
