About the role:

• Elchai Group builds AI-ready infrastructure and digital platforms across AI, automation, and real-world assets. We're hiring an AI Commercial Growth and Sales

Intern to support business development, sales research, and AI-assisted commercial workflows.

This internship does not start from zero — you should already use AI tools day to day

What you'll do:

• Research companies, industries, and decision-makers

• Support lead generation and prospect qualification

• Prepare AI-assisted company summaries and meeting briefs

• Update CRM records and maintain accurate notes

• Draft outreach messages for management review

• Support proposal research and preparation

• Track follow-ups, next actions, and pipeline updates

• Prepare meeting summaries and commercial reports

What you need:

• Student, fresh graduate, or early-career candidate

• Practical, hands-on experience using AI tools

• Good internet research skills and written English

• Basic understanding of sales, business, or commercial operations

• Strong attention to detail

• Willingness to learn CRM and automation tools

• Available to work on-site in Dubai

Nice to have:

• Experience with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Apollo, Notion, Zapier, or Make
