PulseMediaNL is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical AI Data Analyst to join our remote team. This role is essential for transforming data into actionable insights, supporting AI-driven initiatives, and helping optimize business decisions through advanced analytics and data modeling.
Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Insights
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
- Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
- Support data-driven decision-making across departments
AI & Model Support
- Assist in the development, evaluation, and optimization of AI and machine learning models
- Prepare and preprocess data for training and validation purposes
- Monitor model performance and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers on AI initiatives
Data Management & Quality
- Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy across data sources
- Develop and enforce data quality standards and validation processes
- Manage structured and unstructured data from multiple systems
- Document data processes and workflows
Visualization & Reporting
- Create visualizations to effectively communicate findings
- Use BI tools to present insights in an accessible and engaging way
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal teams
- Support ad hoc analysis requests
Process Improvement & Collaboration
- Identify opportunities to improve data collection and analysis processes
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams
- Support automation of data workflows and reporting systems
- Stay updated on industry trends in data analytics and AI
Requirements
About the Ideal Candidate
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and AI workflows
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a remote environment and managing multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field preferred
