PulseMediaNL is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical AI Data Analyst (Remote) to join our remote team. This role is essential in analyzing data, generating insights, supporting AI-driven initiatives, and helping improve business performance through data interpretation and reporting in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support business decisions
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key insights
- Monitor trends, patterns, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist in maintaining accurate datasets and reporting structures
AI & Data Support
- Support AI-related initiatives through data preparation, validation, and analysis
- Assist with organizing and managing structured and unstructured data
- Collaborate with internal teams to support data-driven projects and automation efforts
- Help identify opportunities to improve processes using analytical insights and AI tools
Data Management & Quality Assurance
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and reports
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in datasets
- Maintain organized records, databases, and analytical documentation
- Follow established procedures for data handling, privacy, and reporting standards
Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Work closely with operations, support, and management teams to provide analytical support
- Contribute insights that improve workflows, reporting, and operational efficiency
- Assist with documenting processes, methodologies, and reporting practices
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across data and reporting operations
Requirements
- About the Ideal Candidate
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar analytical role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly
- Basic understanding of AI tools, automation, or data-driven technologies is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote environment
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, reporting tools, or data visualization platforms is a plus
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel or similar tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in analytics, business, technology, or a related field is a plus
