. 7-16 years of experience in AI governance, data governance, risk management, or related domains.
. Proven experience embedding governance into technical platforms or development lifecycles.
. Strong understanding of AI/ML systems, including generative AI and model lifecycle management.
. Demonstrated experience translating regulatory requirements (EU AI Act, ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, GDPR) into operational standards.
. Experience working across Legal, IT, and Business stakeholders, acting as translator between regulatory, technical, and business perspectives.
. Experience operating in federated or data mesh environments is a strong plus.
. Experience with Microsoft Azure ecosystem and Databricks preferred.
