Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI-powered applications leveraging Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and enterprise AI platforms.
- Build and integrate full-stack AI solutions, including front-end, back-end, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Create agentic AI solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio and relevant AI frameworks.
- Design secure, scalable cloud-based AI architectures while staying updated on emerging trends in AI technologies.
- Analyse structured and unstructured data to generate actionable business insights.
- Develop machine learning models and apply advanced analytics methods such as forecasting, classification, and anomaly detection.
- Execute experiments, including A/B testing, to assess business impacts and support data-driven decisions.
- Create dashboards, visualizations, and ML pipelines for analytics and model deployment.
- Collaborate with Japanese speaking clients to translate business needs into data-driven AI solutions, helping them to identify use cases and develop implementation roadmaps.
- Conduct workshops on AI adoption and data strategy, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support pre-sales activities by developing prototypes and proof-of-concepts to engage clients effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI application development.
- Proficient programming skills in Python, with experience in libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience in developing APIs and backend services using frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
- Knowledge of modern web technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, or React.
- Strong SQL skills, including experience with complex queries and data modeling.
- Hands-on expertise with Generative AI technologies, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
- Experience in AI-powered application development and working with automation platforms.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and methodologies, including model evaluation and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, as well as cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
- Enthusiasm for learning and passion for advancing AI technologies.
- Knowledge of MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies is advantageous.
- Proficient in Japanese to communicate with Japanese speaking clients and counterparts.
