We are seeking a motivated AI Developer to design, develop, and implement artificial intelligence solutions that support business and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in AI concepts, hands-on project experience, and the ability to work in a consulting or professional services environment.

• Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning solutions aligned with business requirements.

• Participate in end-to-end AI development projects, including data preparation, model development, testing, and deployment.

• Analyze business problems and translate them into AI-driven solutions.

• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions.

• Evaluate, test, and optimize AI models to ensure performance, accuracy, and reliability.

• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations.

• Support clients during implementation and post-deployment phases.

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline (Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management, Data Analysis, or equivalent).

• Strong understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, deep learning, and data analytics fundamentals.

• Minimum 3 years of experience working on AI development projects.

• Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to understand complex problems and propose AI-based solutions.

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Strong documentation and presentation skills.

• Certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Analytics, or related technologies.

• Experience with AI frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

• Experience with data platforms, cloud-based AI services, or MLOps practices.

• Experience working with government or large enterprise clients.
