Job Title: AI Developer (Applied AI / Agentic AI)

Location: Bangalore, India (SEZ-CESSNA Business Park)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to join a high-impact Enterprise AI team focused on building and scaling AI-powered solutions across the organization. This role involves designing agentic AI systems, implementing LLM-based applications, driving AI adoption, and developing production-grade AI platforms that improve business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered applications using LLMs, agentic workflows, and multi-agent architectures.
• Build and optimize AI systems involving tool orchestration, agent reasoning, memory management, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Develop AI governance frameworks, including guardrails, auditability, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
• Create evaluation frameworks, simulation testing, and automated regression testing for AI systems.
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using vector databases and document retrieval pipelines.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and business applications.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, and Operations teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Drive AI adoption through pilots, proofs-of-concept, and production deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years focused on Applied AI/Generative AI.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or Go.
• Experience building production-grade Agentic AI or Multi-Agent Systems.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph, Google ADK, Claude Agent SDK, Mastra, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, or other leading AI platforms.
• Knowledge of RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and document retrieval systems.
• Strong understanding of cloud environments (AWS and/or GCP).
• Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, OAuth2, RBAC, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Strong backend architecture, scalability, performance, and deployment experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LangSmith, Langfuse, Braintrust, or AI evaluation tools.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience building custom MCP servers.
• AI cost optimization and model performance tuning.
• Experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or Windsurf.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
