We are seeking a visionary AI & Digital Transformation Manager to lead the organization's artificial intelligence strategy and implementation. This role will act as a key bridge between business operations and technology partners, ensuring AI solutions align with premium service standards and ambitious growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end AI transformation roadmap
- Lead the selection, onboarding, and management of AI vendors and technology partners
- Oversee implementation of AI-powered customer service tools (e.g., chatbots, intelligent email systems, personalization engines)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Customer Experience) to identify AI opportunities and measure ROI
- Manage AI pilots from concept through to full deployment within defined timelines and budgets
- Train and upskill internal teams on AI tools, workflows, and adoption
- Monitor AI performance, data quality, and compliance with data privacy regulations
- Report on progress and provide strategic AI updates to senior leadership
- Stay informed on emerging AI trends and innovations
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI product management, digital transformation, or technology consulting
- Hands-on experience with AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Microsoft Azure AI, Google Vertex AI, Anthropic Claude)
- Proven track record of delivering AI or digital transformation projects successfully
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Experience in high-end customer service or fast-paced operational environments
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Additional languages are an advantage
