Overview:

We are looking for a highly creative and AI-savvy Video Editor & Animator to join us on a 6-month freelance contract. The ideal candidate is solution-driven, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and stays constantly up to date with new and trending editing styles, tools, and techniques.

You will be responsible for transforming concepts into compelling visual stories using AI-powered tools, animation techniques, dynamic editing, and stock footage integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality visuals using AI tools and emerging technologies
• Develop detailed storyboards based on briefs and creative direction
• Animate storyboards into fully developed visual stories
• Generate AI-based voiceovers (VOs) and integrate them seamlessly into projects
• Edit and enhance stock footage to fit narrative and brand guidelines
• Produce dynamic talking head videos with engaging pacing, motion elements, and visual enhancements
• Apply strong color grading principles to elevate overall visual quality
• Design creative and modern transitions aligned with current trends
• Deliver projects efficiently within tight deadlines
• Proactively suggest AI-driven solutions to optimize production workflows

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor and Animator
• Strong knowledge of AI tools for visual creation and voice generation (Higgsfield, Kling 3, Flow, Veo 3, etc.)
• Experience editing dynamic talking head videos
• Strong understanding of modern editing trends and continuously stays updated with new techniques and styles
• Ability to create and animate storyboards from concept to final delivery
• Excellent understanding of color theory, visual composition, and storytelling
• Creative mindset with strong transition and motion design skills
• Experience working with stock footage and adapting it into cohesive narratives
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Photoshop etc.)
• Familiarity with AI-powered video and audio generation platforms (Higgsfield, Kling 3, Flow, Veo 3, etc.)
• Strong storytelling and narrative development abilities
