We are looking for a highly skilled
AI Engineer with strong expertise in
CRM systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in developing and implementing AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with CRM platforms
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement AI solutions tailored for CRM systems to automate workflows, predict customer behavior, and optimize business operations.
- Analyze CRM data and provide actionable insights to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing CRM platforms.
- Develop machine learning models and algorithms to support sales, marketing, and customer support initiatives.
- Maintain and update AI systems to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize AI-driven processes within the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with AI technologies, tools, and best practices in CRM and real estate applications.
- Document AI solutions, workflows, and processes clearly for internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
- Strong experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar).
- Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models in real-world applications.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
- Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into actionable business solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in the real estate sector, including property management systems, listings, or sales processes.
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) or chatbot development for CRM.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and CRM integrations.
