Job Description:

JOB PURPOSE

we are seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to support the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Generative AI solutions across business use cases.

The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to deploy, integrate, and optimize LLM based applications across CRM, ERP, and customer-facing systems. The AI Engineer will play a key role in delivering scalable, reliable, and business-impact-driven AI solutions.

Training & Support:

Provide training to business users on:

Using AI tools effectively

Interpreting outputs

Support ongoing enhancements and ad hoc AI-related requests.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

A degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience in building and deploying AI/ML solutions.

Hands-on experience or specialization in Generative AI, LLMs, or related technologies.

Experience:

5+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML or software engineering roles.

Core Technical Expertise:

Experience with:

LangChain / similar frameworks

REST APIs

RAG pipelines

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
