OneBullEx is transitioning into an AI exchange. As an AI Engineer in our Data & AI department, you will not just manage tools; you will architect the autonomous systems that power our trading ecosystem. You will be responsible for deploying AI agents that can reason, execute code, and manage complex financial workflows with minimal human intervention.
Key Responsibilities
- Agentic System Development: Architect and deploy multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen to automate exchange operations (e.g., automated risk assessment, fraud detection, and 24/7 liquidity monitoring).
- AI-Driven Software Engineering: Champion the use of Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, and Cursor to build and refactor exchange infrastructure. You are expected to use these tools to achieve a 10x developer output, maintaining high-performance C++ or Python backends.
- Protocol & API Integration: Implement the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to allow AI agents to securely interact with our internal trading engines, real-time market data feeds, and third-party DeFi protocols.
- Prompt Engineering & Logic Tuning: Design sophisticated Chain-of-Thought and Plan-and-Execute reasoning paths to ensure agents remain reliable during high-volatility events in the crypto market.
- Internal Tooling: Build custom internal AI dashboards that allow other departments (Risk, Ops, BD, Marketing etc.) to spin up their own specialized micro-agents for specific tasks.
Candidate Requirements
Technical Skills (The Must-Haves)
- Latest AI Tooling: Deep, hands-on experience with Claude Code, Codex, and AI-native IDEs like Cursor.
- Agentic Frameworks: Proven ability to build autonomous agents using LangGraph, AutoAgent, or Semantic Kernel.
- Advanced Prompting: Mastery of ReAct, Few-Shot, and System Persona optimization to reduce hallucination in financial contexts.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python (specifically for AI/ML libraries) and an understanding of Rust or Go (for high-frequency exchange environments).
Preferred Background
- Crypto/FinTech: Familiarity with futures trading, perpetuals, or blockchain data structures (Web3.js, Ethers.js).
- Security First: Experience in Red Teaming AI agents to ensure they cannot be manipulated into unauthorized withdrawals or data leaks.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
