AI Enterprise Sales Manager (Financial Services / Healthcare / Generalist)

Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi (Hybrid – High Autonomy)

Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 AED per month (DOE) + Comms

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a sovereign-backed technology company to hire 3 x Senior Account Executives. Having recently closed a 55M USD Series A and tracking toward Series B, this organisation is backed directly by major regional investment entities. Their flagship workflow platform is purpose-built for highly regulated industries, offering bulletproof governance and local data residency.

Because of their elite backing and strategic partnerships with global tier-1 consultancies like McKinsey and EY, this role is heavily fed by warm, inbound enterprise introductions. We do not need standard cold callers. We need sophisticated commercial negotiators who can take these warm enterprise leads, step into a boardroom with a Tier-1 Bank or Healthcare giant, hold their own with absolute legitimacy, and navigate complex solutions from introduction to signed contract.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage enterprise relationships from initial partner-led introduction through to negotiation, procurement, and signed order, before handing over to a dedicated implementation team.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and executive stakeholders in highly regulated industries, demonstrating the power of secure, automated workflows.
  • Help build the commercial playbook. This is a pre-Series B environment where you will report directly to the VP of Revenue and have a massive hand in shaping the region's sales strategy.

Who You Are:

  • You have 3 to 7+ years of Enterprise SaaS, Cloud, or Tech sales experience within the GCC market.
  • You have likely come from a premier tech environment or a high-growth global SaaS vendor, but you have the grit to step out of a rigid corporate machine.
  • You are on the up in your career. You excel when things are not perfectly structured, and you look at a lack of a rigid corporate playbook as an opportunity to build.
