This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong critical thinking, cultural awareness, and a genuine interest in how AI impacts society. No formal ethics or AI background required.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated content and outputs for bias, stereotypes, and potentially harmful material
- Evaluate whether AI responses are appropriate, safe, and inclusive for diverse audiences
- Identify ethical concerns and document them in clear, structured written feedback
- Apply fairness and safety guidelines consistently across a wide range of topics and content types
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Genuinely interested in fairness, ethics, or social impact
- Strong critical thinker who can consider multiple perspectives at once
- Culturally sensitive with a sharp eye for nuance
- Clear and concise written communicator
- Self-motivated and consistent in your evaluations
- No formal background in AI, ethics, or academia required
Nice to Have
- Experience in social work, journalism, policy, education, or advocacy
- Familiarity with AI tools as an end user
- Background in research, content moderation, or quality evaluation
