ROLE PROFILE:
.AI Experience Designer (UI/UX) is responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric experiences for AI-powered applications that align with user needs and business goals
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
.Translate product requirements into wireframes, user flows, and interface designs that optimize usability and engagement
.Design and maintain UI components and design systems for consistent user experiences across AI products
.Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design reviews to validate design decisions
.Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure precise implementation of design specifications
.Advocate accessibility and responsive design best practices across platforms and devices
.Incorporate stakeholder and end-user feedback to continuously refine and enhance design solutions
.5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably for data-driven or AI-based digital products
.Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision)
.Strong understanding of UX research methods, accessibility standards, and design systems
.Experience working in cross-functional agile teams with product managers and engineers
.Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS principles and how design integrates into frontend development
.Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field required Master's degree preferred
