Job Description

About the role
The firm increasingly uses generative models to support initial mandate research and portfolio analysis. Because these models can return inaccurate data, we require a dedicated assistant to verify every technical and financial claim before it reaches a partner. This role ensures our advice remains grounded in objective truth and verifiable evidence.

About Arabian Private Holdings
Arabian Private Holdings was established to solve complex business problems that do not fit the traditional large-firm consulting model. We do not use massive teams or generic templates. We focus on providing direct, principal-led guidance to founders, holding companies, and government entities. Our work often involves sensitive questions regarding governance, operating models, and capital allocation. Because we operate as a remote firm, we prioritize the quality of our logic and the precision of our written work over physical office presence. We value clarity over complexity and are direct about whether our expertise matches a client's specific needs.

What you will do
  • Verify the accuracy of outputs generated by AI tools used during the research phase of various mandates.
  • Cross-reference financial figures and historical data against primary sources and official corporate records.
  • Identify hallucinations or logical inconsistencies in draft documents before they are reviewed by senior partners.
  • Maintain a clear record of sources used to validate specific claims within our internal database.
  • Support the development of internal libraries that track the reliability of different regional datasets.
  • Contribute to the drafting of clear, concise briefings that summarize the factual standing of potential portfolio investments.
  • Assist in the refinement of instructions used to query AI models to improve the initial quality of data collection.
  • Conduct ad-hoc research on specific regulatory changes that might impact the accuracy of older reports.

What we are looking for
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a skeptical mindset toward unverified information.
  • Strong reading comprehension and the ability to summarize technical reports accurately.
  • Familiarity with looking up corporate governance records, financial statements, or regulatory filings.
  • Clear and precise written communication skills in English.
  • Capacity to work independently and manage time effectively in a fully remote environment.
  • A logical approach to problem-solving and an interest in how AI tools intersect with professional research.

How we work
We operate as a fully remote team, which allows us to collaborate without the constraints of a traditional office. Our culture is built on accountability and the belief that the quality of our thinking is our most important asset. Even in this entry-level assistant role, you will have the chance to observe how principals form a view on high-stakes business decisions. Mentoring happens through direct feedback on your research and regular remote briefings where we discuss the logic behind our mandates. We expect every member of the team to be self-directed and to communicate with the same sober, professional tone we use with our clients. Working remotely requires a high degree of written precision, as much of our internal coordination happens through documentation and focused correspondence.

What the role offers
  • Competitive pay for an entry-level position within the corporate advisory sector.
  • The flexibility of a part-time, fully remote contract that respects your existing schedule.
  • Direct exposure to the operating models and governance structures of major regional entities.
  • Experience in the practical application of AI within a professional services context.
  • A working environment that values rigour and factual accuracy over corporate hierarchy.
