We are looking for a driven and experienced AI Growth Executive to lead our end-to-end sales efforts in the Middle East market. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone with a strong background in SaaS/software sales, deep understanding of regional business culture, and fluency in Arabic. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—targeting enterprise and mid-market clients across the MENA region.
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, product demos, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across industries in the Middle East.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Represent the brand at regional trade shows, webinars, and industry events.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of proven success in SaaS/software sales, AI powered solutions with at least 2 years focusing on the Middle East market.
• Fluent in Arabic and English – both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and experience selling to enterprise clients
. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Results-driven with a hunter mindset and a passion for emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with the AI landscape is a strong plus.
Preferred Profile:
• Candidates from any Arabic-speaking country (e.g., UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, etc.) are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience working remotely or with international teams is an advantage.
