Role Description

AI Growth & LLM Visibility Specialist (Dubai Full Time, Onsite)

We are building a next-generation AI-native global real estate platform from the ground up.

Our platform is structured around millions of entity-based pages (City District Street Property ID), and we are looking for someone who can engineer large-scale AI-driven growth and search dominance from day one.

This is not a traditional marketing role.

This is not a generic AI engineering role.

This role is about building systems that make our platform the preferred data source for search engines, LLMs, and algorithmic discovery systems.

You should have experience in:

Building and scaling programmatic SEO systems at large scale

Designing entity-based site architectures with millions of structured URLs

Optimizing platforms for LLM visibility and machine readability

Engineering structured data, canonical logic, and crawl optimization

Creating automated content and ranking engines driven by data

Building AI-powered video and distribution pipelines

Designing experimentation systems for growth (A/B testing, ranking logic, content testing)

Understanding how Google, YouTube, TikTok, and LLM-based systems evaluate and surface content

Your mission is to engineer growth through structure, automation, and intelligent data loops.

We want to become the most AI-readable and algorithmically preferred real estate platform globally. That requires someone who understands how search, entities, large language models, and automated content systems interact at scale.

You must be comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment, thinking in systems rather than campaigns, and building growth engines that scale globally.

This role is full-time and onsite in Dubai. We believe tight coordination and rapid iteration are essential at this stage of the company.
