Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site with hybrid and remote working options (max 2 days) role for an AI Implementation Strategist based in Dubai. The AI Implementation Strategist will oversee the planning, design, and execution of AI-driven solutions to meet client needs. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business challenges, define AI-based strategies, and oversee solution deployment. You will ensure seamless integration with existing systems, provide training sessions, and monitor effectiveness, while continuously optimizing performance metrics.

Qualifications

4-6 years exposure and hands on experience with AI and data science with

• Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence implementation, agentic onboarding strategy, and machine learning model deployment
• Strong expertise in data analytics, data engineering, and programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, API integration, and system architecture
• Experience in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and solution design
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field; advanced degree is preferred
• Previous experience in the cybersecurity domain or AI-driven consultancy is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
• Strong understanding of ethical AI practices and data privacy regulations
