Job Title: AI Infrastructure Engineer (Junior–Mid Level)

Role Overview:
GBM is seeking a Junior–Mid Level AI Infrastructure Engineer to support the deployment and operation of our AI-ready data center solutions, including Cisco AI POD, NVIDIA GPU platforms, and hybrid cloud AI environments. The role involves hands-on implementation, lab testing, and supporting presales/delivery teams in customer engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in configuring and operating AI infrastructure (GPU servers, Cisco/NVIDIA platforms, Kubernetes).
- Support model-serving environments (NVIDIA NIM, Triton, vLLM) and MLOps pipelines.
- Help integrate AI compute with storage and networking (Cisco UCS, ACI, SAN/NAS).
- Perform GPU driver installs, system tuning, and AI workload benchmarking.
- Support AI PoCs, demos, and customer workshops.
- Prepare documentation including architecture diagrams, runbooks, and PoC reports.
- Collaborate with presales teams on BOMs, solution design, and customer technical queries.
- Maintain GBM's internal AI lab environment and test new AI technologies.
Required Skills:
- Strong foundation in IT infrastructure: Linux, servers, virtualization, containers (Docker/K8s).
- Basic understanding of GPUs, CUDA, or AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) — or strong willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
- Good troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
- Preferred (or willing to complete): Cisco AI/Data Center certifications, NVIDIA NVAIE/NCA, Red Hat OpenShift AI, VMware, cloud certifications.
