Immensa is transforming advanced manufacturing, reverse engineering, and industrial operations using agentic AI. We are looking for a hands-on AI-native builder to lead and accelerate AI adoption across the company. This is not a traditional corporate AI manager role. It's for someone who builds experiments and ships practical solutions that remove inefficiencies across the business.

If you enjoy turning manual processes into agents and automations and you think in systems rather than tasks this role is for you.

What you will do -

Build internal AI agents and automations for engineering estimation operations and supply chain

Redesign internal workflows using LLMs RAG multi-agent systems and automation frameworks

Deliver rapid prototypes and production-ready agents with speed and quality

Partner with engineering scanning sales production QA and supply chain teams

Promote a culture of experimentation continuous improvement and AI-first thinking

Lead Immensa's AI transformation from the ground up

Who are we looking for -

A highly driven and technically sharp AI builder who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys solving real operational problems with AI.

Must Haves -

Proven experience building AI tools agents or automations

Regular hands-on experimentation with models tooling frameworks and agentic systems

Strong Python skills and experience with LangChain LangGraph LlamaIndex or similar frameworks

Startup mindset: resourceful practical bias to action

Passion for simplifying workflows and eliminating repetitive manual work

Ability to communicate effectively with engineering and operations teams

Nice to Haves

Experience in automation AI engineering LLM ops or applied ML

A GitHub with scripts agents prototypes or AI side projects

Exposure to manufacturing engineering or industrial tech

What success looks like

Delivery of impactful internal AI agents within your first 90 days

Reduction of key operational bottlenecks through automation
