AI Integration Leader, MEA

Amazon's WW Operations AI portfolio is sized at ..$1B over 3YF.. across NA, EU, and International Operations. MEATR (Middle East, Africa, Turkey, and Rest of World) is at a critical inflection point - transitioning from fragmented AI experimentation to a structured, P&L-accountable AI transformation program.

We are looking for a ..technically deep, operationally sharp Program Manager.. to lead a team of 15+ BIEs and drive the end-to-end execution of our AI integration roadmap across 5+ countries. This is not a strategy-only role - you will own the build, deployment, measurement, and scaling of AI solutions that deliver traceable dollar savings to the P&L.

Key job responsibilities
- Own the execution of the ..MEATR AI Transformation Roadmap.. from Foundation through Scale, delivering against quarterly milestones and gated investment reviews

- Drive ..3-5 AI pilot programs per phase.. across priority countries, scaling successful pilots to production within 12 months

- Stand up and operate the ..three-tier governance cadence..: weekly country standups, monthly program reviews, quarterly steering committee inputs

- Build and maintain the ..KPI tracking dashboard.. - ensuring all initiatives are instrumented, measured, and attributed to P&L

### Technical Leadership & Architecture

- Lead a team of ..15+ BIEs.. in designing and deploying AI/ML solutions across supply chain, middle mile, and last mile operations

- Own technical decisions on ..data pipelines, API integrations, model selection, and platform architecture.. - this role requires hands-on technical fluency, not just program oversight

- Drive adoption of ..centralized tool registry and governance platforms.., ensuring tool registration, reuse tracking, and compliance

- Architect solutions aligned to ..6 core operational pillars..: Safety, Cost, Speed, Quality, Vendor Experience, Employee Experience

- Evaluate and deploy ..business review automation tools.. and reporting platforms across MEATR countries

### Measurement & Financial Accountability

- Implement the ..three-tier financial validation chain..: self-reported → Finance verification → regional Finance sign-off

- Own the ..AI Fluency Index.. deployment across MEATR - tracking 5 dimensions: Proficiency, Foundation Training, Usage, Personal Automation, Responsible AI

- Ensure every AI initiative demonstrates ..hard savings.. or ..efficiency savings.. - no vanity metrics

- Deliver cumulative ..finance-validated P&L savings.. within 12 months of program launch

### Workforce Enablement & Scaling

- Design and execute the ..AI readiness scorecard.. (individual + organizational) across all MEATR countries

- Build the ..AI Champions network.. - targeting 30% of managers as AI Builders and 10% of Builders as AI Practitioners

- Establish country-level ..AI Enablement programs.. with structured onboarding curricula, office hours, and adoption tracking

- Drive ..AI tool adoption.. to 95% weekly active usage among managers

### Cross-Regional Coordination

- Serve as the ..MEATR representative.. in the global AI consortium - coordinating with regional pillar leads across unified workstreams

- Represent MEATR in global forums including ..quarterly business reviews.., AI strategy summits, and pillar working groups

- Ensure MEATR execution adheres to ..global standards.. (intake fields, governance scoring, finance validation gates, standardized pillar metrics)

Basic Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience managing large technical programs, particularly at high growth startups or large enterprises
- Experience working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage

Preferred Qualifications :

- Master's degree in operations research, applied mathematics, theoretical computer science, or equivalent, or Doctorate/PhD or equivalent and 10+ years of scientists or machine learning engineers management experience
