Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy machine learning models for image and video analysis

- Optimize ML models for performance and scalability in production
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business needs into AI solutions
- Stay current with latest AI/ML research and best practices
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- 4+ years of machine learning engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and scikit-learn
- Experience with computer vision and natural language processing
- Knowledge of cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform)
- Understanding of MLOps practices and model deployment
- Experience with ethical AI principles and bias mitigation
- Strong mathematical foundation in statistics and linear algebra
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with recommendation systems and collaborative filtering
- Knowledge of edge computing and model optimization
- Background in privacy-preserving ML techniques
- Published research in relevant AI/ML conferences or journals
