We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer who wants to work at the intersection of AI agents, software engineering workflows, developer experience, and production-grade application systems.
Responsibilities
You Will
- Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI/ML applications that power Revolte's AI-native software engineering platform.
- Develop AI agents and intelligent workflows using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern agent frameworks.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, ETL workflows, and data infrastructure to support AI model training, evaluation, and inference.
- Develop cloud-native AI services and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines, developer workflows, and platform engineering capabilities.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize AI models for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Integrate AI capabilities with GitHub, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, observability tools, and enterprise engineering systems.
- Partner with customers to understand their engineering workflows, design AI-powered solutions, build proof-of-concepts, and support successful production deployments.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Platform Engineering, and Customer Success teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements and new AI capabilities.
- Continuously explore emerging AI technologies and contribute innovative ideas that enhance the developer experience and software delivery lifecycle.
What We are looking For
- 2 to 4 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related role.
- Passion for building AI-powered products used by software engineering teams.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or product environments is a plus.
- Ability to take ownership, work independently, and collaborate across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Curiosity to learn, experiment, and stay current with the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern software engineering practices.
- Experience building scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and distributed data processing systems.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with SQL, NoSQL databases, and data warehousing technologies.
- Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals and production ML systems.
- Experience working with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, or similar).
- Knowledge of RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, Milvus, pgvector, etc.), and AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native application development.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools, model deployment, monitoring, and observability.
- Knowledge of Git, REST APIs, microservices architecture, and modern DevOps practices.
