About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with experience in building AI Agents and MCP Servers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java/Python based applications and experience with Docker, AWS EKS, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and Jenkins.
Responsibilities
- Debug production issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver fixes promptly.
- Enforce coding standards through thoughtful peer reviews.
- Contribute to architectural discussions, technical design, and estimation activities.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code.
- Mentor other developers and help elevate the team's engineering culture and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and engineering efficiency.
- Work with RDBMS (Aurora PostgreSQL) and No-SQL databases like MongoDB or DynamoDB.
- Utilize AWS Cloud services such as S3, SQS, SNS, ECS, etc.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams: QA, DevOps, Product Management, and UX.
- Drive improvements to frontend performance.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Java/Python based applications.
- Experience in building AI Agents and MCP Servers using Python.
- Experience in Docker and deploying Docker images to AWS EKS or similar container services.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with Jenkins.
