AI Partnerships Lead

We're hiring an AI Partnerships Lead to join an established AI Hub within a large UAE-based financial services business.

This role is about finding the right AI partners and making them useful. You'll be close to start-ups, scale-ups, VCs, hyperscalers, and internal teams, helping turn good ideas into things that actually get built and used.

You'll work closely with a senior leader who owns the wider AI partnerships agenda, but this is a hands-on role.

What you'll be doing

• Scouting AI start-ups and scale-ups globally
• Acting as a filter, assessing maturity, relevance, and fit
• Supporting make vs buy decisions for AI use cases
• Managing relationships with hyperscalers, VCs, accelerators, and academia
• Helping run pilots and proofs-of-concept with selected partners
• Keeping on top of AI trends, tech, and what's actually working

What we're looking for

• Background in the start-up / scale-up world (VC, strategy, innovation, partnerships, etc.)
• Experience with AI, fintech, or hyperscalers
• Strong network and good judgement
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
• You don't need to be deeply technical, but you do need to understand how AI creates value
