This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to thoughtful individuals who care about doing things right. No background in AI or policy required — just sharp thinking and clear communication.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated content and evaluate it for bias, safety, fairness, and ethical alignment
- Classify outputs using structured compliance and policy criteria
- Identify content that could be harmful, misleading, discriminatory, or inappropriate
- Write clear, structured feedback on policy-related issues and flag areas of concern
- Work across a diverse range of topics and content types
- Complete assignments independently and on your own schedule
Who You Are
- A strong critical thinker who can evaluate nuanced content with objectivity
- Genuinely interested in ethics, fairness, policy, or social impact
- A clear and concise written communicator
- Detail-oriented and consistent in applying evaluation criteria
- Comfortable working independently on task-based assignments
- No prior AI, policy, or compliance experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in ethics, philosophy, law, journalism, social science, or related fields
- Experience evaluating content, writing reports, or conducting research
- Familiarity with AI tools or content moderation workflows
