Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps for AI-powered products and features
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions
- Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and technical requirements
- Work with AI/ML teams on LLM applications, AI agents, automation tools, recommendation systems, or data intelligence products
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify product opportunities
- Prioritize product features based on business impact, user needs, and technical feasibility
- Monitor product performance, user engagement, and operational metrics to drive continuous improvements
- Coordinate product launches and support cross-functional execution across stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in AI, SaaS, fintech, or technology companies
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI workflows
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams in agile development environments
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills
