A discreet family office based in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire an AI Product Manager to join its growing technology team. The role will focus on identifying, building, and deploying AI-powered products designed to enhance internal business processes, improve operational efficiency, and unlock new insights across the organisation.

This position sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and business operations, offering the opportunity to lead the development of practical AI solutions that drive real impact. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping how artificial intelligence is integrated into day-to-day workflows, helping transform how the organisation operates through automation, data, and intelligent tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap for AI-powered internal products that improve business processes and operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities across the organisation where AI and automation can deliver measurable improvements.
• Work closely with engineering, data, and business teams to translate operational challenges into product opportunities.
• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation and experimentation through to development, launch, and iteration.
• Partner with machine learning and data teams to integrate AI capabilities into scalable, production-grade tools.
• Gather feedback from internal stakeholders and iterate on products to ensure strong adoption and usability.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks to ensure the organisation remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Help establish best practices around AI governance, data usage, and model performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager working on technical or data-driven products.
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and modern AI tooling, including machine learning and large language models.
• Experience working closely with engineering and data teams to build and ship complex products.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear product requirements and business outcomes.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with internal tooling, workflow automation, or enterprise platforms is beneficial.
• Background in technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
