Salary package: Base + variable bonus. 4 rounds of interview to offer stage. Office located at One-North area. This role is based in Singapore. If you are overseas, you will need to relocate to Singapore.

about job (Hiring Senior Associate to Assistant Manager level)

• Drive end-to-end AI product management
• Prototyping tangible demos using AI tools like Claude Code or Codex
• Determine the appropriate technical approach for business problems-whether LLMs, classical ML, agents, or hybrid models-and manage tradeoffs involving RAG, fine-tuning, tool calling, and cost.
• Design robust AI-native user experiences featuring chat interfaces, copilots, and human-in-the-loop fallback mechanisms. Spearhead internal efficiency projects with high autonomy, enjoying direct exposure to the executive team to reshape how the organization operates entirely.

skills and requirements

• Min 3 years of experience with a proven track record of taking products from 0 to 1 in product management, startup, or founder-like roles
• Hands-on experience implementing enterprise AI applications or LLM products, covering workflows like Chat, Copilot, RAG, and AI Agents
• Possess a strong builder mindset with a preference for rapidly shipping rough prototypes using code, no-code, or vibe coding AI tools
• Comfortable navigating the uncertainty of AI systems and agile enough to engineer reliable solutions through structured evaluations and fallbacks.
• Chinese speaking required as you need to liaise with Chinese counterparts who can only speak Chinese
