About the Job

AI Product Manager (WFH)

Experience: 7 to 15 Years

Educational Qualifications: Degree or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical/business field.

Technical Expertise: LLMs for Structured Data Extraction, Web Scraping (Scrapy, Playwright), Regex, NLP, Data Pipelines, Python, SQL, Snowflake, AWS, GCP.

Industry: AI / DATA / IT-ITES / Web Data Acquisition & Extraction

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in product management with a strong focus on automated web data extraction, large-scale scraping frameworks, and unstructured web-to-structured data pipelines.
• Experience in taking high-volume web data ingestion or parsing products to market with proven commercial success, ideally with a product valuation ranging between $2M and $25M.
• Product technical expert with a proven track record of IP-ing and commercializing at least one proprietary web extraction engine, parsing tool, or AI/ML data product.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience managing the full product lifecycle—from handling complex website architectures and dynamic content to successful scaling.
• Strong technical expertise in web scraping architectures, proxy management, anti-bot bypassing, and cloud data warehouses (AWS, GCP, Snowflake).
• Deep business acumen with exposure to monetizing data, API-as-a-product GTM strategies, and stakeholder management.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex web scraping, parsing accuracy, and data quality metrics into clear business value.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the strategic vision for Web Data Extraction and Processing products, aligned with organizational goals and evolving enterprise data demands.
• Conduct market research, user research, and competitive analysis to identify technology gaps and opportunities for web automation.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps, balancing extraction accuracy, delivery success rates, customer needs, and business value.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle and team—from concept, data labeling, development, and launch to GTM execution and scaling.
• Ensure all product releases meet functional, technical, compliance, and performance standards while maintaining high parsing accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable data pipelines, resilient scraping networks, and LLM-powered extraction frameworks.
• Own and execute GTM strategies, including API positioning, developer documentation, and customer feedback loops.
• Drive commercial success through P&L ownership, ROI analysis, and product valuation growth.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders and foster collaboration across engineering, sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI/ML parsing frameworks, synthetic data generation, and cloud scraping innovations.
