AI Project Consultant Dubai
We are looking for a strategic and innovative AI Project Consultant to drive the adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies that elevate operational efficiency and enhance client experiences at. This role is designed for a tech-savvy professional passionate about applying AI especially language models to solve real-world business challenges within a structured PMO environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend high-impact AI use cases, with a focus on language models (e.g., GPT, BERT) and related technologies.
- Analyze workflows and processes across departments to uncover opportunities for AI-driven enhancements in efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness.
- Design, lead, and implement AI initiatives such as chatbots, document automation, NLP applications, and predictive analytics tools.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring smooth translation of AI capabilities into actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with internal tech teams, data experts, and external vendors to pilot, test, and scale AI-powered tools.
- Stay on top of emerging trends in AI, continually scanning for innovative tools and applications relevant to the business.
- Document use cases, project outcomes, and key learnings; present insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Champion a culture of innovation by leading internal demos, knowledge-sharing sessions, and workshops on AI technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Solid foundation in AI technologies, with hands-on knowledge in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI & Language Models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude), Machine Learning fundamentals & Automation platforms
- Proven experience implementing AI/ML solutions in business process optimization.
- Familiarity with platforms like OpenAI, Hugging Face, Microsoft Azure AI, or equivalent.
- Strong project coordination skills and ability to align AI initiatives with strategic business objectives.
- Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- Prior experience in innovation-focused teams, PMOs, or digital transformation programs is a strong plus.
