AI Project Specialist

We are looking for an AI Project Specialist to join our Project Management Office (PMO).

The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of AI/ML technical expertise and project delivery experience, with the ability to take AI initiatives from concept through to production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and scope AI use cases with business teams.
• Develop and deploy AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
• Work with technologies including Python, SQL, LLMs, RAG, APIs and cloud platforms.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems such as CRM and ERP.
• Manage AI projects from planning through implementation and adoption.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Monitor and improve production AI solutions.
• Prepare project documentation, business cases and management reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
• Experience with Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG and AI applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of MLOps, APIs, databases and system integration.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with external vendors is an advantage.
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification and Arabic language skills are a plus.
