100% Remote. The AI & Robotics Business Partner is responsible for leveraging artificial intelligence and robotics technologies to drive business transformation across various sectors. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI and robotics integration, develop strategic initiatives, and ensure successful implementation of solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze business needs that can be addressed through AI and robotics.
- Develop strategic roadmaps for the integration of AI technologies in business processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement AI and robotics solutions.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to stakeholders.
- Manage projects from inception through execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Train and educate team members and stakeholders on AI and robotics technologies.
- Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to facilitate effective communication.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in AI, robotics, or related technologies.
- Proven track record in business strategy development and execution.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and robotics frameworks.
Preferred Requirements:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI and robotics strategic roles.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance issues related to AI technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management.
- Experience in consultative selling and client relationship management.
