What To Expect
We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our vehicle FSD (supervised)team. As an AI SafetyOperator, you willbe responsible fordriving an engineering vehicle for extended periods, conducting dynamic audio and camera data collection for testing and training purposes. This role requiresa high levelof flexibility, strong attention to detail, excellent driving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This opportunity will require the flexibility of traveling to domestic destinations, as necessary. Ability toworka flexible schedule that includes at least one of your normal working daysbea weekend day.
What You'll Do
Drive an engineering vehicle for extended hours in a designated area for data collection,6to 8 hours dailyStart/Stop recording devices and perform minor equipment/software debugging as neededAnalyze and report on the quality of data collected during each shiftProvide feedback and suggest process improvements tooptimizedata collectionWrite detailed daily drive reports documenting observations and issuesEnsure the vehicle's safety and operational status before every shift
What You'll Bring
A valid driver's license isrequiredand minimum 5 years of driving historyrequiredExcellent attention to detail and highly observant during data collectionStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishTech-savvy with experience managing tools for data collection and troubleshooting with advancedPC skills, particularly in Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Autonomous Driving Systems (ADS)is preferred
